About the Project
This 110-acre mixed-use infill development, with a 25-acre core park, was inspired by the image, character and form of the adjacent, historic eastern beaches community. Our master plan combines old and new – with the added benefit of improved access and views to Lake Ontario and new infrastructure including public rear laneways, different housing types inter-mixed on local streets and traditional cafes/shops on the community’s main street.
