Through Design Control (DC), we rigorously review proposed buildings design to ensure they align with guidelines established in the Architectural Design Guidelines document. This includes architectural elements like façade articulation, rooflines, material palettes, elevation upgrades as per priority lot plan, building height relationship, and streetscape relationships.
